WATER STATIONS
Water is available at both starting areas, at the finish area in Madison Park, and every 2 miles along the routes.
WARM-UP CLOTHING STORAGE
You can check your warm-up gear at Leschi and Seward Parks. Your clothing will be taken to Madison Park for pick-up after you cross the finish line.
CANCER SURVIVORS
All cancer survivors are invited to pick up a survivor cap under the blue balloons at either Leschi or Seward Park and a gift bag after crossing the finish line at Madison Park. Special thanks to the Barbo family for their support.
PARTY-IN-THE-PARK
After crossing the finish line, head to Madison Park for the Party-in-the-Park, where the festive midway offers fund, food, music, awards and a drawing for prizes donated by Madison Park merchants (you must be present to win).

BABY JOGGERS and STROLLERS
Baby joggers with hand brakes and a safety harness or hard-shell helmets are allowed in all three Shore Run and Walk events. Because of insurance coverage limitations, however, strollers are permitted only in the 5k Walk. Dogs, skates, bicycles, skateboards, wagons and similar wheeled devices are not permitted in any of the Shore Run and Walk events.
